Eligibility
Return requests must be made within 30 calendar days of delivery or shipment date, whichever is available for the order timeline.
Items must be returned in the same condition they were received, and we may decline returns for misuse, missing parts, damage caused after delivery, or items that do not match the approved request.
How Returns Are Handled
Return issues are handled by customer support. If return assistance is needed, contact support within the return window so our team can review the order and provide instructions.
Approved returns may require photos, item details, quantity confirmation, or shipment instructions before a refund, replacement, or partial resolution is issued.
Refund Timing
If a return is approved and completed according to the provided instructions, refunds are typically sent back to the original payment method when supported by the payment processor.
Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to the wrong item, a verified listing issue, or another error caused by the store.
